Aging in Place

I designed a home for an older couple with a focus on ADA accessibility and age-in-place principles, ensuring comfort, safety, and long-term functionality. The layout prioritizes ease of movement with open, spacious floor plans, wider doorways, and step-free transitions throughout. Thoughtful details like zero-threshold showers, strategically placed grab bars, and lower countertops enhance both accessibility and aesthetics. Every design choice was made to support independence while creating a warm, inviting environment that the couple can enjoy for years to come.
